I'm thinking that since I went back to eating healthy 3 weeks ago (I was out of work for 6 months and ate crap) this isn't going to be beneficial. I say that because I usually eat spinach, broccoli, grilled chicken or turkey and sugar free peaches and sugar-free jello. Also, the only thing I drink is water (however, I do have oj and skim milk for my son in the fridge). I feel very tired and bloated (not that time of the month either). Not sure if it's because I'm working out everyday or not. Is anyone else working out everyday? I'm definitely still going to do it because I can't fit into any of my slacks for work and most of my skirts. Maybe I'll feel better tomorrow.
BTW, this is Day Two for me! So I added spinach to my soup for today and brought spinach leaves. I don't know how I will eat the spinach leaves since we can't have dressing though!! I don't eat baked potatoes (haven't for years) and plan on eating grilled turkey breast (4oz) with my soup for dinner tonight. So hopefully, that doesn't really make a difference.

Same sex marriage became legal in California today. Thought this was rather interesting. Especially, seeing the 87yr old and 84 yr old ladies getting married. You have to check it out for yourself.

TOMATO DAY, oh hell no! Not sure how I missed that part of the diet. I almost dies with putting the stewd tomatos in the soup. However, I did pick them out when I ate it. There is absolutely NO WAY I will be eating them. Tomatoes and green peas are the only veggies I don't like. They physically make me sick . So, I just asked my co-worker what I should do. She said to brown my ground turkey (I don't eat beef) and then pour a big bottle of salsa on it and just eat that. Do you think that will work.

Don't think so, that's why I was adding the protein shakes. But, I'm a meat and potatoes type of person. If it doesn't have meat I don't think it's a meal! So it's probably a mental thing for me.
The soup is good. Last night when I made it and tasted it I didn't like it. But, today it's actally really good. I've eaten two bowls so far!
Oh...and my co-worker didn't start it today. She's says tomorrow. We'll see! But, I'm going to keep on truckin! -
I think it would be okay to eat one. Being that you don't want to totally deprive yourself! Just don't eat another one this week!

I was previously married and have a son who is 15yrs old. My FH has 2 children. He has said pretty much that he doesn't want more children. I personally don't care either way. I feel like if it happens it happens. Children are a blessing. But, if he doesn't have a vasectomy before we get married it could definitely happen, as I am not on nor do I plan to get on bc (I'm 37). It will be our first time as I have been celibate for years so he better watch out!

Allright...CONGRATULATIONS! That's awesome.

You are lucky that your FI will eat it for dinner with you cause I have to cook for my son and will be seeing him smack down on spaghetti, spinach and garlic bread tonight! Kill me now!!

Adding frozen spinach is a good idea. I'm going to do that since I love spinach.

I haven't been many places. But, as soon as my son graduates from high school (3 years and counting) I can start traveling again for my job!! We lived overseas (Netherlands) for a year when he was 13yrs-14yrs old. However, he didn't adjust well in the schools (11 classes, including 2 foreign languages) and missed family. Hmmm...thinking now. It was great we came back cause my FI and I went from friends, to dating, to engaged! Sweet!

I did not know this at all! I just looked it up for 5 different airlines. This definitely sucks. I guess I will now have to re-think things. Dang it.
UPDATE: I just went on Expedia and unless I was reading it incorrectly this wouldn't of been a problem. I initially went through Kayak. Not sure why they are showing other flights. But, they are and that is a good thing. I was about to panic. -
Those are great! I am bookmarking this cause I love that they have a zipper. First time I've seen an oot bag with a zipper. Great job!
