S2BLennon....I am constantly in touch with Angela, she emails me back every time I email her... I can quote her prices to you if you want, but they may be different depending on the package...or if you want it customized. I think Im going to customize b/c I want a sit down reception after the sunset wedding, and she is willing to go above and beyond for that to...she is more than what her packages say...I dont need a lunch reception, and I know that I will want the photographer (who is suppose to be the best on the island) for more than 2 hours..so mine will kinda be customized to me...if you want your own photog, she will take $1000 off the package..I can tell you her prices at most for EVERYTHING was $5,000...I cant remember the rest, but I have it in an email somewhere..the top price includes flowers, arch, isle, dress, video, photog...so much I cant mention...what made me really go with her was #1- she got back to me immediately and has always..#2- she has the isle, runner, chairs with covers...all decorated for you..and I know that is very expensive..if you dont want that then it may not be worth it, but if you do (look at her pics on her site)..she is the cheapest I found. good luck!!

I have a similar question...I have a picture that we had made in St. Maarten of our feet, and in the background is the ocean...we want to turn this into a STD with just the photo and info on the back....Im not sure of where I can do this at. Vista print seems to have the photos, but then extra printing beside the photo. Any ideas on how to just get the photo as the STD with wording on the back and maybe the date over the picture? Thanks

S2BLennon, I think you can do whatever you want as far as a reception. I know you can have small finger foods to some huge bash if you want...there are no rules. I think if you want to keep costs down, maybe a hour'd orvers may be the way to go, or maybe just have some cake and punch/wine. Its your day, that is the beauty of it!!

After looking at doing the wedding myself vs using a coordinator, I found out that it was cheaper to go with a coordinator. Then I looked around, and like LadyP said, Angela had everything...I wanted the arch, chairs, ailse decorations, music, video, photog..and she has all that. You can also customize your wedding as well, and she will work with you for what you want..you dont have to do one of her packages. She was the only coordinator that got back to me immediately. As for a reception, we actually want to do a sit down at a restaurant or facility but I havent looked into it that far yet... ....but if anyone has any ideas, would love to hear them.

Yeah, I have a few questions if you dont mind...As far as the Wyndham, can you find out about the beach..I heard it had a huge reef you had to cross to get into nice waters...and as far as the Marriott, are you heading to Frenchmans Reef on the hill or the one on the beach..if the one on the beach, Im just curious if the rooms are musty and old... sorry, Im heading down there in April, but I wont be able to meet with Angela as she will be on vacation when I go there but Ill meet with her mother instead. are you meeting with the photographer and flower people too? Keep us updated

Hey guys, getting married in St Thomas and my coordinator works with a photographer already included in the package. I looked at the photos, there are a mix of photojournalism and traditional and are good, he said he can add more photojournalism for me, which I MUST HAVE...love it!! My ? is, I really want to have a coffebook type albulm, which he doesnt do, but we get a CD of our 'proofs'...not sure if these are edited or not, but I think so...I hear he is really good, but I dont want just the typical 'put the photo in the sleve' albulm...I really want something creative. So, can I still use him and have someone else or some program make the albulm I want? I feel like it would be rude to bring back the CD and ask a local photographer to do this for me...or should I get someone else altogether? I dont want to offend anyone. Any suggestion? Thanks!!

Would love to see anyone's pics and quotes if you have them. I think we are going to do this for our pre-STD since we dont have the exact date picked out yet...see prices change in St. Thomas big time from March to April and we are heading down there In April to check out hotels and sites. Im not sure how long it will take till im no looger a Noobie..hehe...cant wait to have full access!!!

I would search the forum for this but I dont know what it is called ? I could swear I saw a huge topic on this forum somewhere now I cannot find it. There is a post where someone posts a template for a wedding infomation sent with the Invites..they put it on power point and it printed out like a newspaper..gave info on when and where the wedding was, ect, almost like your wedding website printed out....I have no idea what it was called but it was really neat (sorry Im new here obviously..hehe) Also, I notice people are talking a lot about vista print, and I wonder if this is what this program was made with...sorry I just cant remember if it is a 'program' a 'newsletter'....but any info would be great!! THANKS!!!
