    Hey Britt-

    We are having our ceremony in Zihua on the beach and the reception is directly behind it at a restaurant called La Perla, so we will have to arrange transportation for our guests from Ixtapa to Zihuatanejo. The reason we did this is because we wanted our guests to stay in an all-inclusive resort and these were only availabale in Ixtapa. I have not solidified the details, but we will have a shuttle to take guests to and from the hotel/reception. We are expecting about 40 guests total so maybe that will work out with one of those small shuttle buses...As you can see I am crossing my fingers and hoping for the best huh.gif

    Britt- First of all I am soooo excited to see another SF bride here. Yippeee!!!!!!smile123.gif

     

    We are staying at an all inclusive resort, but our reception is at a restaurant in Zihua. I have never had a bad experience at an all inclusive resort, but I was thinking - are you planning to do a site visit? do they have a chef you can customize your menu with?

     

    ps- How amazing is the wetaher today!!!

    Maybe you should have a heart to heart with the BM's and encourage Time to do the same with his friends. Maybe your bridal party does not know the stress it is causing you and it will be good to clear the air and make sure everyone is on the same page.

     

    Are you totally opposed to doing away with the wedding party? smile124.gif I ask that very delicately because I know you went through a lot to pick the people that are standing beside you and Tim....But if this continues the way it is then it might be something to consider. They will all still be there...just not with the same responsibilities. Good luck Danielle!!!

    I have met a few. Some of my favorites:

     

    Jay Z - My FAVORITE rapper in college. When we met I kept telling him that he was my favorite rapper in college and he kept asking "what about now?"..."what about now." I'm not that into rap these days so technically I did not have a favorite rapper. It was a very funny conversation because I was also a little drunk

     

    Jamie Foxx - We met him in Miami and I told him that he met a friend of mine in LA that he started calling pocahantes and it upswet her (not sure why). so he asked for my ohone and called her to sing her a song of apology. That was nice. And he gave a nother friend of mine a foot massage. (He's quite the ladies man....)

     

    Aaliyah - met her at her record release for the last album she released before she died. She was sooo pretty and very sweet and soft spoken....

     

    I saw Kelly Ripa at a reatuaranmt one nite and she and her husband are HOT. and they look nice.

     

     

    I think I would love to meet Michelle Obama and OPRAH.

    I read about that...so gross. I am curious as to why there is such a big focus on incest and polygymy and things like that right now. Could we be gearing up for a big fat family values debate in the upcoming electionhuh.gif

     

     

    The media is so manipulative....Except for our honest, objective journalists here on BDW :P (love you Maura!!!)
