  1. I personally LOVE WestJet! and hate AirCanda, their customer service sucks. Unfortunatley though, in some cases, such as our trip to Cabo in a few weeks, WestJet offered the trip but had a stopover in Calgary, whereas AirCanada went direct (and it was a bit cheaper too)...so AC won in the end. But when I travel to Vancouver, or Winnipeg or anywhere else, I only fly WJ even if their prices are higher.

  2. I haven't done the program, but I wouldn't think you would have to worry about the speed so much in the beginning. Your brain always thinks it can go faster but your body should tell you what's good and what's bad. The one thing they always I learned in running clinics and also what my trainer now says, is for the comfortable runs you should be able to carry on a conversation, but still be a little winded. For your workout runs though, you shouldn't be able to do any talking.

  3. I was married in April at Dreams, and I found the rates to be reasonable. Like others have already said, March coincides with March Break for elementary schools so rates are usually higher, late Feburary coincides with Spring Break for Universities so rates are also higher then. April is a good choice and the weather is amazing at that time.

  4. lol Carly that's the best excuse to get a puppy!!!! I used it on my dad when I was in gr 9! I always wanted a dog and he always wanted me to be active, so we compromised. Let me tell you though, I didn't do any walking lol the puppy would get tired and give up so I had to pick him up and carry him home again.

I'm excited for you to get started with this!!!! and Erika you too cheesy.gif It sounds like an awesome program. Its hard sometimes to get outside and run, esp with the snow (its always snowing here). But I just tell myself that it builds character and get out there and just do it. I never regret it either.
