thats pretty funny! be prepared. ive been places and not know people and they will say - hey i read your blog. and start telling me stuff about myself rockon.gif makes me feel like a rockstar - haha! NOT!
  2. i think the health bar is to the left of the walkway when the ocean is on your right. so the only thing that would be between the bar and the ocean is the walkway and the beach. if you look at this photo - Leigh Miller Photography : el dorado royale | 0041 - you can barely see the walkway in the lower left corner. the health bar is right at the walkway if i remember correctly. so youd be really close to the sand and beach. i would just email and ask.

is there any reason you cant wait and make your mind up when you get there? or could you possibly lose another spot? someone has posted a map on here before i think. that might help too because i cant remember exactly where the health bar is on the property. i just remember the set up.

  4. may should be ok! ive shot weddings in mexico in may, june, august and september and it wasnt that bad. just depends on your tolerance level. i would think you could pull a wedding together by may but you might want more time. novembers NOT that far away.

did you go to KU? i got my graduate degree there in 2000! rock chalk jayhawk :)

  5. ive gotten quite a few oot bags on DWs. but i dont expect it and its totally not necessary. it is a thoughtful touch though if they dont cost you too much and i always enjoy them.

DWs are a little different for me in that i spend more time with the couple and their families and am also more included in activities even outside the wedding. my DW couples are often the ones i remain friends with. even plan vacations with!

im not getting married. im a photographer and shooting a wedding there. i cant remember how many guests the couple is inviting. their guests are all staying at the rockhouse though. they bought out the entire resort for the weekend.
  7. my husband gave me a nail gun - woohoo and a bunch of construction stuff but the real present is hes going to fix up my storage space in my office so i can function better and not have stacks of stuff laying around.

my grandpa gave me a car. its not one we would use so were going to sell it and buy something more practical for us. its a crysler 300. its 2 years old but looks brand new. 18k miles. he has alzheimers and has finally resigned himself to the fact he cant drive anymore.

the best gift i got was spending a week with my grandpa for christmas. although one morning i forgot to put water in the coffee maker and he told me i was going to be fired wink.gif
