Has anyone had experience with Events Wedding Cancun and/or Raffaele with Mayan hospitality? We booked them for decor and they seem very nice and reliable! Just want to know if anyone has ever worked with them! Let me know!!

Are you doing OOT bags for every individual guest or just per room? We estimate about 50 guests and it seems so expensive to do that many and deal with customs at the same time... There is a Walmart and Costco in Cancun about 15 min from my resort. I was planning on taking my chances and doing bags upon arrival!

Ceremony at wedding gazebo and reception on Caribe beach. Package: Ultimate Package Room Block: 30 rooms My Room: Club Tower Jr. Jacuzzi Suite 5/21 - 5/30. Wedding Planner: Cecilia Wedding Party: 6 bridesmaids, 2 maids of honor (my two sisters) and 8 groomsmen. Photographer: Juan Navarro but for some reason I have not heard from him in over a month so I went ahead and booked another photographer, paid deposit just to be safe, in case Juan falls through. Decor: Events Wedding Cancun, (Raffaele) for lounge decor, dance floor, chairs and bridal bouquets. Rehearsal Dinner Reservations: Paloma Bonita Theme: all white with hints of grey and turquoise Invitations: weddingpaperdivas.com sent Dec. 1 2012 with RSVP's due Jan. 2013 Still need: DJ - any ideas who the contracted DJ is at Dreams? Lighting - have learned that DJ possibly takes care of this? OOT bag ideas Adventure/Excursion ideas for wedding group. What all do you have or need to do...?

May 24th 2013 at Dreams Cancun! Any other Dreams brides in May? Where are you choosing to do the ceremony and reception?!!!

That's super helpful thank you. Pics are lovely!! As of now we don't plan on hiring a DJ, my cousin is a DJ and since we traded out photography we're getting the sound system for the ceremony and reception so we thought we'd be saving. Any other brides without DJ's have any experience with lighting? Ofcourse Cecilia has not responded to my e-mails so I'm just twiddling my thumbs lol.

For all you past Dreams cancun brides who did outdoor receptions in the evening did you have additional lighting? We're thinking about doing our reception at the gazebo but I'm afraid after sunset it might be too dark. Any tips on outside vendors or if Dreams will provide the lighting?

Hi everyone! I am a new and extremely NERVOUS bride!! I have been searching through this site and it's wonderful! I am really looking to find information about Dreams Resort. I booked Juan Navarro, through good reviews and by seeing his amazing work... I bought the dress... and now I'm just waiting to get all my details in order! Looks like my ceremony will be on the beach (gazebo too windy?) I need to find some good vendors!! I looked through palace resorts decor and fell in love, any tips on good vendors outside of the resort? In general I would just LOVE to hear some detailed reviews and PHOTOS PHOTOS PHOTOS are so helpful!! Any help would be greatly appreciated I am so excited!
