Hello All! :D

 

I have recently inquired about booking my wedding at Al Cielo Boutique Hotel for 2015. Just as many of you I am also new to the destination planning and have never visited the Riviera Maya area. Are there any brides out there who have hosted their wedding here? If you can provide any advice or information that would be great! Also, I am wondering since this is a secluded beach area and is a little farther out from Cancun where much of the tourist activities are, what did you all provide your guest with to do during their stay? Or would you suggest just hosting the wedding there and shuttling everyone from Cancun the day of? I hope to hear from you all!

Hi! I loked into Al Cielo too but ultimate;y decied against because it was more secluded, not much but enough. The area is great, beauticful beach and the maanger was really great with emailing me back prmptly so I would think they could help arrange activities. You are basically between Playa Del Carmen and Tulum, so you have the town and the ruins for day trips. Just depends on how much exctiement you want :)

I live in this area and I know many many resorts, I have stayed at this one, nos as a photographer but as a guest. the food is amazing, the beach is the best of Playa del Carmen, place is quiet and private and rooms are beautiful!!
