Hi.. My fiancé and I are getting married there on April 26.. I had the same experience with the wedding coordinator ..we are working with a travel agent and she was successful in getting in touch with her and getting the name of our specific wedding coordinator. I was initially emailing Cristina .. But contact with my specific coordinator (Chantal) has been better .. Even though they still have not charged my credit card for my deposit. I was reading other reviews and this appears to be a consistent issue but everyone claims their weddings are amazing once they are there. Hope this helps Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
