Hello, I like the idea of having a candy bar in apothecary jars , does anyone know if we are allowed to bring our own chocolates and things or would they charge for that too??, and what if I pack the chocolates and things as in a favour pretty box, would they allow it or charge for that as well ?? Hello: I've just found this forum! and I think is very useful!!, we are having our wedding reception in February 2015, at azul fives. We have chosen to do a private event, so I was wondering if anyone is doing this? I've recently noticed that in the Private event banquet kit they seem to have changed the list of brands in the international open bar, I'm a bit concerned about this as it does't look like having so many top shelf brands anymore. My wedding coordinator said not to worry about it that they should give me what was published before when I paid the deposit, however nothing regarding food/drinks is specified in my contract.
