We get a slow response too. However tonight we received an email stating they only allow certain vendors at the resort and will not give us the list until we put a payment down to confirm our date. I'm not happy about that. I'm looking at other options right now.

I'm recently engaged and looking for a reasonable all inclusive resort in Playa Del Carmen that is child friendly. I would like to be close to town but as I'm looking at resorts I am open to being farther away. Anyone have some resorts they would recommend? Thanks.
