  1. Hi candancy! I'm fairly new to this site and just saw your post. I am working with a destination wedding specialist who communicates with Marlenes fro me. I know it does take sometime to get a response from Marlene because she seems quite busy probably with tons of wedding emails to respond too. I only say this because my specialist is extremely thorough in responding to my emails that I send her, but when she sends emails on my behalf to Marlene they take a little time to get a response and I've gotten use to this so try not to worry. As far as the deposit, Marlene emailed me a credit card authorization form to be filled out along with a copy of my wedding package agreement which lists the date and time of your wedding. she did not however tell me how to return these documents to her once completed but there is a fax number located usually at the bottom of her emails. I would definately check first if thats a secure fax to send your credit card information too. I faxed my info to my specialist who then forwarded it to Marlene. They have already taken the money from my account and I havent had any issues thus far. hope this helps :-)
