  1. this was recommended to me by the wedding coordinator at the Sugar bay resort. We are thinking of using them for a sunset cocktail reception. Day Dreamer VI at 340/775-2584. www.daydreamervi.com
  2. I'm getting married at Sugar Bay Resort in May 2013. We chose Sugar Bay(all inclusive) over bolongo because it has more choices in restaurants and there is a spa there. We will get married right on the beach of the hotel and plan on doing a sunset catamaran cruise for our reception. The resort has wedding packages so everything is included and you can upgrade things as you want. I like that I will be working with the resort wedding coordinator and not all the vendors. Makes it easier for me. Good luck with your planning!
  3. I am getting married May 2013 at the Sugar Bay resort in St Thomas. I used beach bum vacations to handle all the travel arrangements for the wedding and our honeymoon. I am working with the hotel wedding coordinator to plan the ceremony. I liked the wedding packages available. everything is included, so you don't need to talk to a bunch of different vendors. We are also going to have the marriage license done here at home before we go. I don't think that it is hard to get the license in St Thomas, we just don't want to waste a day going to the court house, we are only going for 4 nights so I would rather do fun activities. I have heard that the cabs can be expensive. It would cost us $40 just to get to the court house. I just got my dress from J Crew. They have a lot of nice dresses that work on the beach. They are not very formal, but are still really nice. This is the dress I am wearing:
  4. We are getting married in St Thomas, then honeymooning at Sandals Negril.
