Hi everyone. This is my first post! I'm a uk bride looking to book with Thomas cook to moon palace for beg. Of march 2013. I see that Thomas cook are not the best with communication! How have you found dealing with Thomas cook? Also I've tried to contact weddings dept. in Miami like 4 times over past 4 months, with no reply!! How soon after booking your travel dates have you managed to speak to someone from the moon palace weddings dept.? I really want to know more info from their end.. Has anyone recieved any info from them? Could anyone send me any info that they have been sent please?? [email protected] Glad to find some uk brides on here:) Carla x
