A week today we fly out getting very excited now and only 3 more days at work!! Still a bit to organise so wonder if someone can help on the below. Does anyone know if tables at Italian are square or round? I am trying to organise table plan (there are only ten of us) and im wondering if it will be a large round table or a number of smaller square/rectangle tables pushed together? Thanks Lorraine

Haven't started much planning yet as we only got engaged 2 weeks ago so it's going to be a bit full on over the next few months. We'd both been to Dom Rep years previously and fallen in love with the island and so after looking at UK venues and realising how expensive it would be it seemed a natural choice. we chose Ocean Blue and so pleased to get a date so quickly. Deciding on colour themes next so that I can think about flowers and centrepieces. Our boys are so excited, we both have one from previous relationships same age (both 8) so they're both excited about getting suited up and being part of the ceremony. This forum has been brilliant in answering some questions in my first few tentative steps of booking and looking forward to getting to know everyone on here as all our dates draw nearer xx

Thanks Alittlerandr, good to know I wasn't sure but some of those ideas are good and like the idea of mixing of sand. I've found some nice readings too that hopefully we can incorporate. Need to think about extras now, eg table decorations so if anyone has the hotel extras PDF they can send me would really appreciate it,s o little time to plan, already getting very excited )

I have just today booked my symbolic wedding at Ocean Blue for 9th August so this is my first post. Could someone send me the list of extras, I am unable to download pdf's yet and I would like to see extras eg flowers, photographer details etc. Also as were having a symbolic ceremony does anyone know if there is still any part our two young boys could play in the ceremony. They wanted to each be a ring bearer but I don't know if that part is needed in a symbolic wedding as we will have married in the uk a few days prior to our trip so would already be married?
