if you have an email, keep it and confirm the cost with emma because it seems that everything has changed since she's there! i haven't asked about the children but for the missing person it's 100$ each she said tell me if you get any furtehr infos .. hopefully i was wrong and misunderstood her!

hello heidi! unfortunately, Emma hasn't been negociable on ANYTHING so far with me even if i told her about the previous deals some people had in the past. it's the same with the substitution of the wedding cake instead of the desserts tray, the exterior dj and make up artist.... we are going to be 32 people at the chill out and the price is 4000, non negociable!!! i really tried! i even called her in mexico trying to arrange something.... i still hope that once i'll be upthere, she will be a little more flexible... wish you a better luck than i had stephanie

hello!!! thank you soooo much for all the infos! now im just very frustrated because i called Emma to confirm it would be ok for me to have Doremixx as the dj because he had the date available and everything but she said NO!!!! because of the electricity cost in would cause!!! i can t believe you got to have the dj! would have you talk to! well, now that my deposit was taken, they asked me to fill out a registration form in which i have to decide everything! the thing is, i haven't got that much info. i got the restaurant menus and flowers choices (the ones included in the packages) but none of them i like so i asked them to send me the ones with extra cost. i also asked for the infos about the private reception because that's what i'll probably choose. even if the price is WAY higher than before as we can read in the past posts.... i'm looking for a 4000$ reception only for the food and the domestic bar. the price is 100$/pp but you have to pay for 40 people minimum(?!) Emma is non negociable on ANYTHING with me. i offered 25$ pp missing to reach the 40 and she refused. we are around 35 so i asked her if i could pay 250$ for the 5 people who will NOT be there instead of 500$ but she refused. in addition to that is the dj or soundsytem. (around 700-800$) i'm scared to book the dj because i fear he wont play our songs but the dj is the same price as the rental of the soundsystem, so im still thinking about it. i havent got any pictures of the new private restaurant now named "chill out" (before: thai beach club) or private party on the beach... if you find some, please let me know!! if you want the documents i have so far, let me know! p.s. do you know which gazebo is the more private one ....with the long walk before getting there ?? sunset or princess?

hello! tomorrow is your big day! hope everything went perfectly well for you! i have the same problems with Emma: she NEVER answers my emails. i had to call 4 times to mexico in order to confirm the date. she told me she would send me an email to confirm the credit card deposit on the 12th but still nothing!! would you please tell me how it went for you... i heard that communications are very bad but once you're there, everything goes well!! i'm still worried about all this even if my wedding is only in 5 months, in march.... hope to hear from you !!!!
