We have booked Carribean Emotion as our photographer and videographer. We are very excited to work with them. We have been following them on Facebook, and thier work and reviews are great!!!

Grace-Welcome to the forum!!! We are getting married in just a few months, and we are very excited! We are going with Carribean Emotions Photography in Punta Cana. They are all over the forum, and you can find them on facebook. I was also undecided about getting a photographer from outside the resort or use the the photographer available onsite. I recently booked with Carribean Emotions Photography, and we are very happy with our decision. Happy planning;)

Thanks angieinthesun11! Your pics are amazing:) I just received an email from my wedding coordinator stating that I would have to pay for a day pass for anyone(vendors) outside the resort. Did you have to pay for the day pass for your photographer and videographer?

Angieinthesun, I am so glad to hear that your wedding was a dream come true:) We also chose the ultimate package that include the 50 free photos, but we also booked carribean emotions. The resort photographer still took the 50 photos included in the package even though you had an outside photographer? How did it work out having the two photographers? Thanks Amberbride5678! I love everything that comes in the ultimate package too. When I priced everything I wanted in with the free package, the amount came out pretty such the same. I think I am def staying with the ultimate package. Are you going to have Micheal do your video too or just use the videographer from the resort since it is included in the package? Hello Ladies, I am new to the forum, but I have been reading posts for weeks. My finance and I have finally reserved our date for Dreams Punta Cana for July 2012. We are very excited!!! We just returned from a DW at Dreams LaRomana, and the wedding was absolutely beautiful:) I have done alot of research on places in DR, and Dreams had the best packages and prices. I am currently debating if we should go with the free package or the ultimate. The reason I am reconsidering the ultimate is because, the photographer is so expensive and the package only included 50 pic of the ceremony that will only be 15 minutes long. I want pics of family and of us after the ceremony, but that is an extra $500. I do like the fact that the ultimate package includes pretty much eveything we want and with the free package we would have to do tons of add-ons. My finance thinks we should stay with the ultimate package and just see how it goes (men mentality). I don't really know what to do. What are you ladies thinking?
