Hi all, I am getting married at Beaches Negril in October 2011 and have found the information on this thread extremely helpful. Thanks for posting! I am also working with Renee and though she's been very pleasant and responds quickly, to be honest I feel that most of our conversations consist of her telling me how much extra everything will cost. She also told me that bringing an ipod to use with speakers, rather than paying extra for a band/DJ, was not an option but it seems that is not the case? Also, we are looking to just do a basic ceremony but will probably have a large group and would like to have some sort of plan for after the ceremony. But I agree with what many of you said, it seems to defeat the purpose of all-inclusive to pay $75pp... We'd like to do something more than a 1-hour cocktail hour though. Any suggestions for a large group? Renee had also told me it's not possible to have a reception/dinner afterwards in any of the restaurants and that it had to be outside somewhere, is this true? CarolJoe, do you know when that credit thing started? We booked a while back but our wedding will be within the time window. Just curious... Thanks! -Cindy
