Ok, so I am very confused on the proper thing to do for destination weddings, my daughter is getting married in Jamaica, they are inviting only immmediate family and are not having AHR. Is it ok to have a shower for her with all her family and friends without looking like you are asking for gifts These people carea bout them, its just that they want a small personal wedding.

They are having a sunset wedding at 5, so now we are thinking maybe alittle longer cocktail reception after that with a DJ and can they reserve tables in one the restaurants for us to eat around 8? since we are already putting out more money for the sunset and more people are coming than we thought. Are you having a large group?

Hi! I'm the mother of the bride! And I am trying get some help from all of you wonderful brides on your receptions at Beaches. They are having the sunset wedding and are thinking of having a private reception on the beach from 6-9, have any of you done this if so I would love to hear from you and if you decided against and did something else I would love to hear also! We can't decide if its worth it or not. We are also planning on having a dj cause our family loves to dance! We will have abot 30=40 guests. Thanks for your help!
