My mom is the EXACT same way. I still haven't decided what I am going to do, but from what I know...Catholic priests will ONLY marry you in a church- not outside, not in a gazebo, etc. I could be wrong so hopefully someone else responds that is more knowledgeable. You could always get married at a catholic church in the US before or after you go to Los Cabos, and then just have your ceremony there be a "symbolic" one.

Does anyone know if they offer a group discount at the Riu in Aruba?

Does anyone have any advice on the Riu in Aruba? Is it worth the money? I worry about our guests having to spend that much, and you have to have 80% of your guests AT the Riu to have your wedding there.

I was thinking maybe Jamaica- at the Riu in either Montego Bay or Ocho Rios. Any advice?

I am also very curious about this place. The rates aren't too high~ and it's an all-inclusive.
