Hi ladies, I just got back from 5 gorgeous days in Cancun! We visited the JW Marriott, Marriott Casa Magna, Westin, Hilton, Le Meridien, Dreams & Fiesta Americana Condessa!! We also met w/ a wedding coordinator. As soon as I have time to post pictures and provide my thoughts, I will share in the next couple days. Lots of decisions to make! We are leaning towards the Marriott, but still have some number crunching to do! Coming soon.... Amy

Anny, They are so beautiful!! You are my inspiration!! I've been contemplating making my own for awhile now and you've made me want to do. Love the embossing idea... I had never even thought of it. I've seen a few from Ceci - Custom invitations and announcements for all your special occasions. that I would like to recreate on my own (if possible). Going to check out the JW Marriot next week!!! For all you gals have your wedding at Dreams Cancun, are all of your guests staying at the resort? If not, what other options are near and how much additional does it cost to have outside guests attend wedding & reception? Thanks, Amy

Hello Ladies, We have finally decided on Cancun as our location for April/May 08 and are planning a trip down in a month to look at places!! So excited! Anyway, I would like to hire a WC to set up our site visits. Does anyone have any suggestions or thoughts? I know a lot of places have on-site WCs, but I feel like hiring my own might be a better way to go to plan from a distance. Not sure really where to start or costs involved. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I need to get moving on this soon. We are leaning towards non all-inclusive locations... JW Marriot, etc. Thanks, Amy

Hello Ladies! I am so excited I found this website. I just got engaged a week ago and am planning a destination wedding to Mexico in April/May 08! Not sure of where yet, but I'm hoping to get some help. I would be curious to know if anyone has considered renting out a villa versus having a wedding at a hotel/resort? -Amy
