Oot/welcome Letter Suggestions

Recommended Posts

We are almost finished with our Welcome Letter, but I am hoping to pick yalls brain. So far, we have:

Welcome and Thank you note

Who's Who -  Our moms, MOH, and Best Man

Tips - ie take the cups we've given them to the bar, etc

About Us

Restaurant Dress Codes

Wedding Day Itinerary

Reception Menu

Does it seem like we are missing anything?

Thanks!

I think that's great! We also added a chart so people can write down the friends' room numbers to they can call each other in the morning and make plans.

I had two sides of the brochure and couldn't think what to add so I put the map of the resort. Maybe I should have put some things that you included like the restaurants and dress codes.

Some people I've seen also put a conversion chart for money :)

We are adding our resort map on the back with symbols for wedding day locations.

I like what you did, too. I think I may borrow your ideas  :)

  • 2 weeks later...

oh the place for room numbers is a great idea! we plan on having some optional group activities throughout the week, so we're gonna put times and places for those (like snorkeling, pool games, spa day, parents lunch, etc.)

we're doing that too. We don't have a lot of set events because we want people to relax and enjoy their vacation but we're including things that are booked like welcome dinner and the times for the wedding event. Everything else we're just going to wing it hahah. I'll probably add a little note afterwards for the bridal party's bags with the rehearsal dinner date and time :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
