When To Book Travel Arrangements?

They can book air on their own or we can help them.  Sometimes guests want us to help, sometimes they use miles that they have, or just want to book air on their own.  

 

We work really fluidly to what works for YOU and YOUR GUESTS!  There is not one way to do things so it is really important to share with us what your concerns are so we can figure out solutions together.

Ann is correct.  That is why it is important to have an agency that is knowledgeable about dws.

 

for canadians, usually the best options are charter packages and although the prices are less their is less flexibility with booking dates.

 

Now having said all of this, it should be noted that canadian brides have a slightly different way to do things with a travel agent. in canada there are the charter packages - sunwing, red tag, sunquest, Transat, etc. - which aren't available in the US. While still highly recommending a travel agent to make your life much less complicated, doing a room block and separate flight in canada is much more expensive than what is offered by the vacation companies, and really not cost effective. For canadian brides, it's generally automatically done with a vacation supplier.
