Hi Karen Thank you that would be brilliant If you could! The hotel looks amazing! Bet you can't wait!!!!! Are all of your guests staying in your hotel? Only 90% of mine are....others are in the Yucatan next door. Have you decided where you are having your wedding reception? I really want the beach! Hi Kat, We've contacted our wedding co-or donator a few times asking bits and bobs to do with wedding. We had to fill in a form with all our parents and witnesses information etc and we've selected a restaurant for our wedding dinner. Te documentation side of things seems to be the only issue we've had so far, getting a lot of different and contradicting information from everyone. Wedding co-ordinator says we need our birth certificates apostilled and translated into Spanish but thomson wedding specialists say we don't!! Very confusing!! Spoke to a woman on Friday that says we shouldn't need it but she will Contact the judge and find out which will be a lot of help!! We've already got copies of our birth certificates and had them apostilled so would only need them to be translated. Would rather spend a little bit of money getting it done and have them rather than take the change not getting it done as panicking at the last Minute!! We've started looking at photographers just now as well, trying to be as well prepared as possible!! Lol Anyway hope all is going well for you and your having a good weekend !! Mark & Elaine

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
