I had a friend recommend the Lose It app, and it works wonders! You enter your height weight, goal weight and then it gives you the option to lose up to two pounds a week. It tells you how long it will take you to get to your goal, and then gives you a calorie allowance. If you follow this, you can lose the weight without exercise! Easily tracks your daily food and you can input any exercise. You get extra calories to eat when you exercise! The first week I did this I lost 5 pounds, and I worked out TWICE. Seriously, this thing has been a god send!
