We had 11 guests that travelled with us. We were all on the same flight and arrived on Tuesday, the wedding was Saturday and all the guests went home the following Tuesday (including my stepkids).  Hubby and I stayed at the resort for another week, just the two of us!

May 15th was going to be my next choice! I really wanted 4/21/12 but there was already 2 weddings scheduled! Let me know if I can help you at all. I have tried to do a lot of research and I visited Punta Cana the first week of May this year!

Sorry for the delayed response lindsay ....for some reason your post never came up on my profile. Weird! Anyways. Yes I visited punta cana the first week in may this year! We stayed at RIU Naiboa....BIG MISTAKE!! but we were trying to save money as we checked out other resorts! RIU Palace is amazing!! so beautiful!!!!!

Hi there ladies! I'm currently researching Riu Palace and wanted to see are any of you working closely with a TA that has gone above and beyond. I want to check out what the quotes are and how good they are with altering things to fit the brides dreams too. I'm hedging on Paradisus but this might be a better deal for everyone who is coming. Any and all info is welcomed!!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
