Pregnancy

I am about to begin my 17th week of pregnancy and thank god I am not throwing up everything I eat. I have managed to gain about 5 lbs or so at this point. I am so excited to be in the second trimester.

In a few weeks I will get my fourth ultrasound and the baby should be so much bigger than the last time I saw it. My DH doesn't want to find out what the baby is until she/he comes out, but I feel like its a girl.

We have come up with names for both and are still between two middle names for each, I have a feeling we will wait until we meet the little bugger to pick the middle name.

As for the fun part of pregnancy I am getting to the point of feeling the baby, I am pretty sure I felt it at yoga the other night. Which was such a wonderful experience. My yoga class is going to be so helpful, I love it already and it was only one session. A friend of mine from work is taking it with me, but she is due in a few weeks so she won't be there the whole time, but the other women are all right around me in dates so it will be fun to watch everyone grow and get excited about their babies.

My DH is getting excited about this and randomly rubs my belly now, which is super cute. Last night I was crying at a movie we were watching (freaking hormones) and he said I was cute. He is also really enjoying my expanding waist line, I think it makes it real for him since he doesn't have to experience any of my symptoms its the one thing he can see to make it real.

We will be moving in about two months and so I am looking for a place that will be good for a new baby, hopefully I can paint the nursery and start decorating right away. I am thinking of going with sage green for the main color with some yellow accents since we don't know what the baby is.

Well that's about it at 17 weeks. Can't believe its already been 4 months. Only 23 weeks to go!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
