need info on a cancun photographer...

Has any one every heard of this photographer or know anyone who has used them?

It the info provided by riu caribe, and the photographer they offer in the wedding packages and add on's? i desperately want to know more about them?

I haven't heard of them. I am getting married at The Royal Cancun and I hired an outside photographer. Have you tried the search function on them here?

Hello Jodie,

 

 

I used them as my photographers when I had my wedding last October at RIU Palace Las Americas. The hotel works with this company on a referral basis. Am I ever glad and pleased that I stayed with RIU's suggestion! I could not have chosen a better company or Photographers (Esther in particular who was kind, fun, creative and understood our vision and what we wanted) on my own. They are not a big company but, the product and the quality of images, (i.e. paper and finish they produce, along with handmade Palm Leaf Photo Books) is beyond anyone expectations. I never would have in my wildest dreams thought that destination photos would have looked as beautiful and natural as Luz & Sombra produced.

 

 

Last but not least, when doing a destination wedding when you are not familiar with the country Price is key to all! At the time I was planning my wedding, there was absolutely no information provided from the hotel until the day we arrived to RIU. So, you can only imagine my worries and concerns. All for a mere 500.00 USD (part of the Hotels deal) we received two photo albums and a whole CD worth far beyond that amount if I was to get it back home in New York. I would, in a heartbeat recommend this company to anyone of thinking having an event/destination wedding in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico. I have only seen other people's images that they paid thousands for and, when I look through my albums I can't help but to smile at myself how lucky we were to get Esther form Luz & Sombra who took amazing pictures to last us a lifetime!

 

Sincere apologies for the late response I only just signed up with BDW to Recommend this company, because they absolutely deserve the recognition. Perhaps someone else down the future can use this thread should they have any questions about this company.
