any Beaches brides?

sorry I was off most of the day and didn't see this thread. I was planning to get married at Beaches Boscabel and the ONLY reason I changed my plans was because it was just too much for my family to travel from the west coast.

I think its a beautiful resort and you will be really happy with your wedding. I saw one of those "married away" episodes that had a preston bailey packages and preston actually came to their wedding. Honestly I would not pay to upgrade because I think that they decor is a little cheezy, I mean you are on a tropical island why would you want fake flowers?

and the private reception is very expensive, that was something my parents were upset about but if you think about it you are getting a free wedding right? I would say if you are trying to save money just do the cocktail hour not the combo.

I have some pics the WC sent me, probably the ones you already got but let me know if you want me to e-mail them to you.

Christine - if you could email them to me that'd be great! The WC told me she couldn't send me any due to privacy issues.

And I totally understand about the privacy issues - to an extent. LIke some people must've given permission to use them. I didn't even want pics of people, just the setup! And if no one approved it, they should have taken their own pics for people to see. But alas, that isn't the case.
