    Congrats on the quitting, that's fantastic.
    I'm a big fan of the circuit training as well, and what's good about it, is once you start to feel more fit, you can increase your work out time by doing more reps of what your circuit contains, or add more exercises!

      Thanks for all of the great advise. Im still not smoking, but Im also not exercising... hopefully I will get motivated this week.
