Just returned from my amazing wedding in Riviera Maya, Mexico. I initially contacted Best Moments October, 2013. I received a prompt response from Martina (owner), I got prices for myself and my bridesmaid. Because of all the reviews on this forum, I booked them right away. However, through the months Martina's response time to my emails was not that great. I would have to resend emails and even send messages via Facebook in order to receive a response. The last few days before departing to Mexico I was very skeptical and just didn't know what to expect. Also, when I was quoted I was told that Best Moments has a contract with the resort which turned out to be false. The quote you are given includes the resort fee for outside vendor. So in the end you end up paying the resort fee. BUT i decided to stick with Best Moments since it was too close to my departure and I just didn't feel like looking for anyone else or using the resort spa.

THEN I met Alexander and Zoe the day of my trial!! They were absolutely wonderful and so down to earth! I showed them pictures of what I wanted and they delivered! Alexander and Zoe even changed my look after my trial so my guests wouldn't get a sneak peek. 

The day of the wedding Alexander and Zoe arrived at 11:30AM for my 5:00PM ceremony. They got started on my 4 bridesmaids and my hair and make up right away. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing we even had time to enjoy some delicious room service. In all, I couldn't be any happier with how my hair and makeup looked for my wedding day! My bridesmaid all loved their hair and make up as well!  I would recommend Best Moments to future Brides, you'll just have to be patient when it comes to communication.
