We couldn't be more thrilled and excited to have worked with Derek and Lorena! From the first email we sent them they were responsive in a timely fashion and answered all of our questions and concerns. Communication leading up to our event was great, they were open to ideas and gave advice on things that came up. It definitely took the stress off planning a DW from so far away. Once we arrived at our hotel, we were pleasantly surprised to hear from them that they wanted to meet with us the day before our wedding (introduce themselves and go over timeline and any other last minute details). It was a great gesture and we felt more comfortable the day of with them. The day of the wedding, the team arrived early to the resort and when I saw them, I felt so relaxed knowing they got things under control and I had one less thing to worry about! They were so professional yet easy to work with. Lorena's attention to detail and Derek's creative imagination is a great combo! They made us feel comfortable during our bridal party and bride/groom session and captured great shots during the ceremony and reception. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about Photos in Cancun and I am so thankful and pleased to have chosen them to capture our big day!!
