Patty and Kristen were beyond amazing. I had decided to have a destination wedding a little over a year before our chosen day and contacted the travel agent my cousin had used for her wedding. I explained that I was looking to book for 30+ people worldwide. She assured me that this was not an issue, charged me $100.00 in consultation fees and began to look into the resorts I was interested in. As the weeks wore on it became obvious that she was unable to do all (read MOST) that she promised. Stressed beyond belief, I began a search for a secondary travel agent. Like superman hiding in disguise, Patty Jordan and Kristen Bullock of Wright Travel Agency came to my rescue. Not only did they not charge a sketchy consultation fee before talking to me about my plans, the first thing that Patty said to me was "don't worry". Golden words when you find yourself between a rock and a hard place. She listened to everything I needed, we talked about what I wanted, and she said she would get back to me as soon as possible. Less than 24 hours later she had a rate and all of the information I needed so my friends and family outside of Canada would be able to join us. Throughout the weeks and months leading up to my wedding Patty or Kristen would send quick notes to check up on me and make sure everything was going well. I was never forgotten or lost in the mix. I always felt special and cared for. When I asked Patty if she could recommend an excursion for my parents and parents-in-law she not only sent me many ideas but also sent me personal pictures from her own vacations. I truly felt like I had friend on the other side of all of those emails. Every panicked email I send was met with a calm "don't worry" or "we'll figure it out". In comparison with my initial travel agent (who I was still dealing with due to her booking our Canadian friends and family) Patty and Kristen were Tavel Gods. Thank you Patty and Kristen. I'm recommending you to anyone I meet who is looking at booking a destination wedding :)
