well, Barbados is the best place for a destination that's for sure but still, it depends on where and how you want to get married, my opinion you should consult with some wedding planners which are specialized in destination weddings. make sure they don't cost you more than usual. some of my friends suggested a couple of wedding planners in Dubai and from India, myshaadiwale.com, and MSW.com. you should check with some of these wedding planners.
