@@rontej0226 Photopro was suppose to show up on our first day of our Big Day Preview and rescheduled to the following day. The next day they did not show up nor did I get a follow up email. I eventually emailed them and didn't get a response until a couple of weeks later. We finally decided to pass the extra vendor fee and go with FineArtStudio https://fineartstudioweddings.com/ DJ/Lights- Booked with Encore on our Big Day Preview Decorations/Flowers- Working with Abi with Grupogama and hes been great! Getting very quick responses (24 hours to a couple of days) Goodluck Ron!

@@rebeccarpeck1 Thank you so much for referring us to Love and Lace! I contacted them and her email states that the delivery cost can be cut in half if I know someone else ordering around the same time and location! Perhaps we can mention to her that we both will be ordering?

@@rebeccarpeck1 I can't believe its only 5 months away too! I actually did the big day preview a couple of weeks ago and the hotel is just paradise! I met with Vianey and shes super sweet. It was such a reality check seeing how hard these wedding coordinators work. We met with Vianey at 10am, had a break at about 1PM then met up with her again at 3PM for our food tasting. At 5PM she had a wedding to coordinate the same day! Made me realize not to be so worked up if I don't get an email back right away as she really is working super hard to make each wedding a dream come true! We also met up with a couple of vendors. Grupo Gama quoted us $6252.40 for flowers and decor. We are still waiting for a quote from Dezibel. We booked encore for our DJ and lighting. I would love to do maracas too! Maybe Ill look into Love and Lace. @@rebeccarpeck1 sounds like you are all set! Sounds like having a TA is super helpful! I'm starting to wish I booked one :/ I still need to book a photographer/videographer! Who did you book?

@@rebeccarpeck1 I totally agree with you regarding Photopro. Do you know how much it is for outside vendors? Do you need to get them a guest pass on top of paying the outside vendor fees? Sounds like you have a great travel agent!! Will your travel agent match prices if one of your guest find a cheaper price on another website like expedia? I'm still debating on booking a travel agent. How is everything going with you? Hope all is well!! Happy Valentines day!!

@@rebeccarpeck1 WOW! You are sooo on top of it!! I literally haven't done anything yet :/ Everything you're doing sounds amazing!! I would love to start sending out my save the dates but I just don't know how to direct my guest with booking. Did you hire your travel agent on your own or did Hyatt Ziva assign one? We are expecting to have about 50-60 but who knows since it is a destination wedding. Did you do the big day preview? Did you book your vendors already?

I actually came across your pictures on pinterest and just fell in love with your pics and all the details/decor you had! Do you mind me asking how much it was to add the drapes and flowers for the gazebo? Did you go through a vendor for all your decorations? I also love your flowers! Was it difficult requesting the flowers you wanted? I just put in my deposit for November 2017 and have been in contact with Ivonne and have the same issue with her only answering a couple of my questions and disregarding the rest. When I originally called they told me $69 but Ivonne Lara, the person I have been in contact with via email has told me $85 per person. Did you get a definite answer? Hey ladies! I have officially put down my deposit for November 4, 2017. I am both excited yet nervous since its been difficult getting all my questions answered via email with the wedding coordinator. Does anyone know if the Hyatt Ziva Cancun was able to honor their event bonus when 10-19 rooms are book you can receive a one hour open bar cocktail reception, book 20-29 rooms and receive a hone hour open bar cocktail reception and a two hour lunch or dinner, etc... I have emailed my coordinator asking about this perk but she said she didn't know what I was talking about. Its frustrating because she was the one that had attached this file with this information on it. Was it difficult to have your rooms close by your guest rooms?
