Our ceremony is at 4 on the 12th and reception at 6 at Zavas. We got some quotes back for the decorations and they were a bit outrageous. So we are going to bring minimal decorations and pay the set up fee.

Hi Jill! I am getting married there on November 12th! Javier is my WC as well. I have had similar experiences with him. He missed our scheduled call and messed up the booking for a few of our events. I think we have resolved all of the scheduling things and I am sure it will all work out but it has been a little frustrating. We are also worried about the decorations. Originally I was planning to bring most of the decorative elements and pay the set up fee, but I can't really get a straight answer about what the fee is. Javier also said weeks ago he would send a price quote for the reception set up we wanted from Lomas and we haven't received it yet.
