I'm a father, husband, dog daddy, and international club and destination wedding DJ living in Playa del Carmen, hailing from the little town of San Luis Obispo, California.  

After coming to Playa for a Root Canal (seriously) and 4 day vacation, we fell head over heels in love with Playa (my wifey and I).  Within 6 months, we sold our house, contracting business, said farewell to our family and friends (the hardest part ), and are now enjoying the ex-pat life!  Our daughter goes to an international school, while my wife is finishing up schooling for her California Teaching Credential!  Life here affords our family the time that we never had in California to spend together, with super high levels of quality, fun, and pure joy.

As for me, I've been playing clubs and corporate events from San Luis Obispo to San Diego for the past 10 years, DJ'ing before and after concerts for 8, and mixing in about 10+ weddings a year for the past 7.  SLO is in the middle of both beach, and wine country, so all of my weddings demanded the highest levels of both aesthetic and technical performance.  Aesthetically, I provide extremely high end, slim profile speakers and a all-in-one (small footprint) DJ booth with integrated lighting bars and battery powered lights.  Technically, I use the best equipment available (Bose F1 or RCF Evox series speakers, Shure wireless mics, Sennheiser wireless and battery powered mics/lavaliers/wireless speaker systems, a Carvin S600B battery powered ceremony speaker, and Technics 1200 turntables or Pioneer XDJ-1000 players.  I'm always DJ and MC in order to ensure communication is clear, announcements are done with class and some character, we stick to the timeline, and of course, the party exceeds all expectations!
