  1. Natural food is better and many of them help burn fat without the nasty chemicals and adverse effects that you can get from pills. You should alternate circuits by day, either working out every day M-F and taking Saturday and Sunday off, or working out every other day. Watching what you eat won't just put you on a fast track to weight loss, but it will also give you more energy and a healthier self esteem.
