@ thank you! They said max 10 per table, so we went with 6! They haven't mentioned if the tables are round or square. I asked our wedding coordinator if we could book into an a la carte restaurant the evening before the wedding or have a reserved area in the buffet restaurant for us and our 57 guests, I've had a reply to the email but she didn't answer my question. Has anyone else been able to do this?

Hi ladies!! so glad your wedding have gone well, congratulations! Our details have now been confirmed, wedding is at Akumal beach 2pm on 10th April 2015, dinner at the Arlequin restaurant at 5.30 and then onto the cocktail party at Akumal pool 8-11pm! Getting so excited now! Wondering if anyone did table plans for their dinner? We have decided on 6 guests per table for dinner and we have 59 guests or did your guests sit wherever they wanted?? @@DonnaandDaz I think it's on the app? Have you seen it?

It states on our paperwork: 4. Theme Nights LOCATIONS: Poolside, Beach, Hacienda Doña Isabel – Buffet style dinner @ Ill email and find out, this could be a new option?

Hi everyone, I hope your wedding plans are going well, I think I get more confused every time I read this thread, there is so much to think about, it's overwhelming! Has anyone had the theme dinner at the beach location? We're getting married at 2pm, then dinner at the arlequin and hopefully onto the beach for the evening. But I've not heard anyone mention it so wondering if it's a good idea? Many thanks for your replies Xxx

Hello everyone! I'm new to this thread but wish I'd found it before we booked our wedding! So much useful information! We're staying at Akumal 2/4/15-17/4/15 getting married on 10/4/15 at 2pm. Hopefully at the beach setting, I think it's the Akumal gazebo? But not entirely sure! We have around 50 guests travelling with us and staying at Akumal, and four are travelling separately and staying at the coba, so I'm hoping this rebrand isn't going to cause us extra stress! We booked it through First choice. I look forward to hearing about your up and coming weddings! Sam X
