Vintagebabydoll (Claudia Lucio) is the etsy seller. Her work is beautiful, and she has great prices. I need 13 hibiscus bags if you are interested in selling yours. What do they look like? It sounds like you have a lot of great goodies. Love the Meet the Guest photo books....cute idea.

I will just use the wine glasses and serving pieces they provide. I'm delivering my welcome treats to the room when we get there (asking wedding coordinator for guest and their room numbers). I found a box of colorful double wall tumblers at Sams ($2.50 per tumbler) that I'm going to fill with lots of fun goodies. Our wedding favor will be the maracas at the wedding....found a great price on them on Etsy ($4 per maraca) and they will have our names and date of wedding on them. Everything is starting to come together....GETTING SO EXCITED!!!

I bought all my flowers and ribbon for half off at hobby lobby and my friend is making all my bouquets. I'm giving the bouquets to the bridesmaids to carry down with them so I have a little less packing . I'm also having her make boutinieres for groomsmen as well.

I'm bringing in a friend who is a professional photographer to my wedding. I'm wondering if I still have to pay an extra fee to have him or if because he is staying in the hotel that it won't matter. I agree with the person above me that he is my friend and how can they stop your friend from taking pics of your wedding.

My new WC's name is Maira. I probably here from her every 4 days now. I'm going to setup a phone call with her a month before wedding to try and finalize everything. I've never heard of her before from any other post....have you? I'm wondering if she is new.

We are getting married Sept 28, 2014. Symbolic ceremony with the ultimate package. I'm not going to get the DJ because Kade and I will make a playlist before we go and just have MC in charge of sound system. I believe the MC will announce wedding party, first dance, etc. Mrscowbag are you purchasing the dance floor? We are using photographer from resort but I'm going to have family and friends do my reception pics to save on cost (maybe put out disposable cameras on the tables).

Ok so my wedding coordinator had an emergency and hasn't been at resort in a couple of weeks so now I have a new one. Her name is Maira. Now we are starting to get some work done and they finally sent me the catalog .

Your not cheap. Your smart! My best friend is making all of my bouquets ($5 for each one compared to resorts $100 per bouquet). I'm cheap lol! I hope we can do our reception on pool deck instead of concrete. I was thinking it said you had to have 60 in your party. I'm hoping I can talk them into it. Btw I emailed a Dj from outside and he said dreams wouldn't allow any djs from outside. I'll probably just do sound system and put all of our music together before we get there. Btw did you send me that email again? I haven't received it.

Lol I haven't received it. Sorry my kids interrupted the last message and I thought it was 2 separate messages. Interesting about the DJ. I may do the same. Are you renting dance floor or just dancing on concrete?

I emailed her about the Barricuda Bar and asked if since it would be closed at 6, could we take pics at that time on the swings. She hasn't responded to me in a week. Have you decided on a DJ and dance floor? Thanks for the email I can't find your email.

Yes I've received the confirmation letter. We are upgrading to the ultimate package. Cocktail hour on the beach....I really want some pics and cocktail hour around Barracuda Bar (love the swings). Reception is scheduled for pool deck but we only have enough for pool terrace. What are y'all planning on doing?

I'm looking for a good DJ for Dreams Riviera Cancun. I can't see paying $1500 for 3 hours and for dance floor. Does anyone know of someone with reasonable prices and that is a lot of fun?

and I'm wrong about DJ.....dance floor is extra . I have to figure some ways to cut cost!
