Paradisus La Esmeralda. We have 9 kiddos coming! La Perla is the Adults only side, I think.

So I'm still waiting on some group rates for the Paradisus. I have now switched gears and love this hotel. The reviews seem to be great and I like that it's pretty new. I don't want to have to call, just to get your attention. I sent numerous emails to Karisma. I went dress shopping yesterday. Went to 2 bridal salons. I think I found my dress!!!!! It's gorgeous, within my budget and most importantly I can get it on time!!! I'm still going to check out a couple more tomorrow, just to me I may not have a wedding venue, but I'm about to say yes to the dress! haha.

Thanks everyone! Yes the panic is starting to set in. I've been waiting for someone to contact me from Karisma. Still nothing. Looks like I'm going to have to switch hotels. Nothing is booked yet. The Paradisus has been been great, and by great, I mean responding to my emails!

Thanks for the quick reply ladies! I've actually got a couple of travel agents working on group rates for me. Yep, everyone is ok with the date. I was pretty surprised that i got such a huge response! I have a couple of appts booked for this saturday. I am definitely worried about the time frame. Hopefully I find something that works!!!

Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum and I've been reading all your reviews and advice. It really has been a Godsend finding this forum! I'm newly engaged (2 weeks ago) and have decided that i don't want to wait to be married....I've set a date for a destination wedding in Mayan Riviera for the last week of August 2014. Yes, i know that it's only 4 months away! I think I've narrowed 2 hotels down. It's either Azul Fives or Azul Beach. I can't decide between the 2 of them. I know i have to make a decision soon so my guests can start booking time off. (approx 60 ppl) Also, i know that emails don't get answered right away, but I've emailed Karisma about my possible wedding dates and still have not heard from them. I know i have to be patient, but i'm running out of time! Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated!
