My fiance and I are getting married in May in Cabo....very excited. We are only having a ceremony down there and legally getting married here in California because I don't want to go through all the trouble down there (blood tests, translations etc.). My fiance and I are ok with that too.....our question is is this. How many days in advance should we get "pre-married"?. I know you have to show your "legal" license when you get a ceremonial wedding. I don't want to get married a month in advanced if I don't have too. I was thinking a week or 2 n advanced. My fiances' sister is a ordained minister and would probably do the legal one her as well as the ceremonial one in Mexico.....we don't know. I thank any suggestions and comments.
