Uhh .. Ya! I was very patient and considerate because I know they have many many brides, especially when my wedding was months away because our wedding at that time was low priority- BUT! even as my wedding is next week it's still taking at least 3-5 days to respond. It's really frustrating.

We booked our stay through apple vacations (usually the package trips are cheaper). We also go trip insurance and booked our trip as soon as flight schedules were out. When we booked our trip from Illinois to Punta Cana and 7 night trip (all transportation included) It was about $1500 pp. Since we got the trip insurance as we've gotten closer to our trip and wedding- May 10th- the price has gone down to $1108 and we were credited the difference because we got trip insurance. We also went through a travel agent which was much easier. I just kept an eye on the price and anytime it went down I contacted the travel agent and we got a price adjustment. I have watched the prices for about a full year and they didn't start to budge until about a month before the trip. Good luck!
