In the experience of some of our wedding couples, the Moon Palace has told them they have a policy of no outside vendors. However, they have been allowed to get around this by saying they are bringing in their own "guest" to photograph their wedding.

They may require that "guest" to have a day pass, or be booked into the hotel for the night. That is just how they do things, but it's possible to bring in your photographer as your "guest".

Here in Mexico, policies can change without notice, so we're just sharing what our experience has been so far, and our artist-photographers have been that "guest" often.....fyi
