I just found out TBH charges $14 per person per hour for any additional hours over the 3 reception hours included in the $45/person fee. It really messes with my budget since I plan on having 100 guests and a reception of 6-7 hours. I'm freaking out and wondering if there are any other "hidden" fees I should know about. Any brides have any info on additional fees us future brides should be aware of? -
Did anyone use an outside vendor for photography and/or video? I know TBH charges a $500 outside vendor fee, but that doesn't include meals, and the photographer I am considering requests that we feed his crew (there are 3 in his crew). Someone suggested paying for a room instead of paying the $500 vendor fee, but since there are 3 crew members, paying for a room will be more expensive. Does anyone know if there are any other options to grant access to outside vendors and feed them? (I will probably hire an outside videographer too.)

What about a party of about 100? I'm thinking of having my reception on the beach, but was concerned how it might look (will it look too much like a BBQ, will there be enough light, will the tables be straight if they're on sand). Thoughts from those who've been to the Beloved are greatly appreciated :-)

Did you get any responses from anyone regarding the location for the wedding? I'm also interested.

Where did you have your reception? I'm planning on having my wedding at the Beloved, but I've never been there, and I'm wondering if I should have my ceremony and reception on the beach or if I should take advantage of one of The Beloved's other venues, like the Isla Terrace or Lupita Lounge (I want it to be outside). I'll probably have about 100 guests.
