Tammy- thanks for hosting the webinar! It was really informative and a great resource to be able to get a broad overview of the properties and what they have to offer couples. It actually has me re-considering our decision to do everything in one spot since I'm really debating spending a few days at Maroma or the Casitas:) I believe Gilberto said he would be passing along a preferred vendor list, or do I have that wrong?

We're planning an "elegant elopement" so to speak, as it will just be the hubby and I renewing our vows. HOWEVER, we want all the bells and whistles. Looking at photography, and want to hopefully have our ceremony in the white gazebo at ESS. I keep seeing info about the candlelight dinner, which I'm thinking is in the same gazebo. I'm wondering if that could be done; set up the dinner while we are having our photos taken after we renew our vows. Since we aren't booking multiple rooms I know we won't be a "high priority" wedding they will be overly concerned about pleasing overall, but I still would like as much info as possible.
