My husband and I are renewing our vows 10/31/13, on board the Celebrity Summit while we are at sea. We have 80 guests traveling with us at this time. So far the following is done: STDs Boxed invitations Itemized napkins for the bar centerpieces with supplies wedding gown, veil, sash groomsmen suits private restaurant musician for the ceremony MC and DJ for the private reception following the restaurant photographer cinematographer cake hairstylist and makeup rehearsal cocktail hour on ship wedding planners DOC (no a part of the coordinator assigned by the ship) lighting specialist ring box guest book and monogram pen monogram sign Not done yet: DIY (aisle runners, programs, guest bags, table numbers, seating cards) Grooms tux bridesmaids dresses flower girls, ring bearer tux, junior bridesmaids dresses purchasing plane tickets shoes jewelry bridal party gifts bouquets and boutonnieres decoration for the rehearsal cocktail hour
