I am also a future Riu Palace Bride. Our date is April 5, 2014. I'm not sure of guest numbers but I was quoted $2600usd for a private dinner of 40 people on top of the package price. Does that seem right to people? I am so glad I found this forum because I was feeling really lost and alone in this process. I can't wait to share advice and ideas with you ladies. Liz
