I am planning an October 2013 wedding at Riu Clubhotel. Any information on what upgrades are worth it and what to pass on would be great. I am bringing my two children(2nd wedding) as well as other kids will be attending. I would also like information about using outside vendors. We want to spend the least amount as possible but I would like a private reception if affordable. We expect about 40 people. Thanks
