I'm thinking a darker purple and a lighter purple. How did you or how do you plan on expressing your color choices to Mayte?

Made it through all 183 pages.... whew! I got the date that we had hoped for (August 15 2013). I also sent my deposit last week ($1,000 - figured less to bring down), and now I'm waiting for confirmation that she received it. I had emailed her in February 2013 asking about dates and prices. She sent me the 2009 price list but then mentioned that the prices had changed. I thought that was kind of odd that she didn't just send the updated price list..... Luckily someone just posted the new prices under a seperate thread so now we don't have to keep asking for it! I don't know how some of you plan 12+ months in advance!

I emailed Mayte asking about prices/menus/services and about availability of two dates in August 2013. This is the first sentence in the reply email. " First, I´m so glad you think in us for this important day, I know how important and perfect has to be a wedding day and for that, the most important is a date, because I´m already full for next year and I would love you have the perfect day for your wedding ." But at the end of the message it says let me know your date. Is this an automatic/ copy-paste message? or are they actually booked every day for 2013 already?
