My fiance and I got engaged on New Year's Eve (woohoo!) and we're in the early stages of planning our Maui beach wedding. I'm already overwhelmed by all of the information out there, and would love some advice from all of you. We're expecting 30-40 people and want a sweet and simple ceremony/reception. Do you ladies recommend going through a resort (I fell in love with the Ritz Carlton on our last Maui vacation) or using a wedding coordinator for planning and booking wedding site/vendors? Also, do you think it would be possible to do all of this for $15,000 or less?
